The plaintiff is a domestic corporation, the general object of the organization of which may be said to have been to secure and afford necessary depot and terminal facilities for railroads running into the city of St. Paul, by means of a combination of all such railroads for that purpose. Its stockholders are various railroad corporations, at present five in number, operating lines of railroad running into that city.
