Tbe relator is the plaintiff in a suit seeking divorce and tbe custody of ber minor child. Pending the determination of tbe action, tbe respondent ordered tbe plaintiff to keep tbe child within tbe jurisdiction- of tbe court over which be presides. Tbe plaintiff failed to comply with this order, and then moved the court for a voluntary dismissal of ber action.
