The appellant, as plaintiff in the court below, brought suit in the superior court of Greenlee county, against the appellees, as defendants in the court below, to quiet title to certain mining claims situated in the Copper Mountain mining district in Greenlee county, Arizona, known as the Olive group of mining claims. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff was the owner and in possession, and entitled to the possession, of the .said mining claims by virtue of valid mining locations made on the eighteenth day of January; 1917.
