[¶ 1] Brittany A. Bulkley appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court (Bangor, Jordan, M.) granting Chad E. Bulkley’s motion to modify the parental rights and responsibilities established in the parties’ 2010 divorce judgment. Brittany argues that the court abused its discretion in granting Chad primary residence of their minor child because it erred in considering the parties’ respective financial situations in determining the child’s best interest.
