COOK, Senior Judge:

Despite his pleas, a general court-martial convicted the accused of conspiracy to violate Article 1151, U.S. Navy Regulations, 1973, in violation of Article 81, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 881. The approved sentence extends to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 1 year, forfeiture of $299.00 pay per month for 12 months, and reduction to pay grade E-l.
