This appeal is from two judgments rendered in companion cases in the district court of Murray county, Okla. The actions were filed by the appel-lees, D. A. Anderson and S. M. Abston, as plaintiffs, against the appellant, Gulf, Colorado & Santa Pe Railway Company, as' defendant, in the trial court, to recover damages alleged to have been caused to plaintiffs’ property situated in the town of Davis, Okla., and adjacent to appellant’s right of way.
