This action was brought in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma to recover damages resulting from the destruction and damage by fire to rotary drilling equipment and tools which were being used on the premises of the defendant, Ashland Oil and Refining Company, hereinafter referred to as Ashland, under the terms of an agreement entered into between Ashland and E.
