MEMORANDUM OPINION

L. CHANDLER WATSON, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtors, Benesteen Barron and Nancy Barron, commenced this bankruptcy case by filing a joint voluntary petition under title 11, chapter 7, United States Code, on June 25, 1986, and the case remains pending under said chapter.

The above-styled adversary proceeding was commenced by the plaintiff, Combustion Federal Credit Union, by filing a complaint on September 19, 1986, objecting to the debtors’ receiving a discharge in bankruptcy pursuant to 11 United States Code § 727.
