This matter comes before the Court pursuant to Appellee Mohammad Hamed’s motion to dismiss this consolidated appeal, as well as Appellant Fathi Yusuf’s opposition. For the reasons that follow, we grant the motion and dismiss this appeal.
1. BACKGROUND
Yusuf filed a notice of appeal with this Court on January 5,2015, which the clerk docketed as S. Ct. Civ. No. 2015-0001.
