Bradley, as State Bank Examiner and liquidating agent of the said bank, presented their petition to the South Carolina Tax Commission, praying that the said commission would order an abatement as to certain taxes erroneously and improperly charged and assessed against the Bank of Johnston for the fiscal year 1925.
