This matter comes before the court on mortgagors' petition for rule to show cause why a mortgage should not be stricken from the records. This rule was granted upon Union Savings and Loan Association of Hazleton on June *72621, 1961. Respondent filed an answer on July 12,1962. By stipulation of counsel filed May 27, 1968, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Hazleton, assignee of the original respondent, was substituted as respondent.
