MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Before the Court for determination is an “Application by the Debtor for Authority to Employ and Compensate a Real Estate Broker” (the “Application”). Prior to the commencement of the case, Snowcrest Development Group, Inc. (the “Debtor”) employed Landry, Lyons & Whyte Company, Inc. (the “Broker”) to market and sell certain properties owned by the Debtor.
