{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties’ briefs, and their oral arguments before this court. Plaintiff-appellant, Dominick Flarey, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment for defendant-appellee, Board of Trustees of the Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital.
