This is an action in ejectment instituted by the Northern Pacific Railway Company against Frank Cash to recover possession of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 23, township 5 north, range 20 west in Ravalli county. The complaint is in the usual form. The answer admits the corporate existence of the plaintiff and denies all the other allegations of the complaint.
