This is an action by J. C. Saunders against the Galveston, Harrisburg San Antonio Railway Company and the San Antonio Aransas Pass Railway Company to recover damages to several car loads of cattle, amounting to 499 head, shipped by plaintiff from Spofford, Tex., to San Antonio over the line of the Galveston, Harrisburg San Antonio Railway, and over the line of the San Antonio Aransas Pass Railway from San Antonio to Falfurrias, Tex., in November, 1909.
