|,We granted the writ application in this matter to review an issue of first impres*181sion in this court: whether the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Law, specifically La. R.S. 23:1036, which provides workers’ compensation as the exclusive remedy for a volunteer member of a fire company in claims for personal injury against the “fire company,” similarly applies to claims for personal injury against fellow volunteer members.
