IjA pharmaceutical distributor/repacka-ger seeks review of an appellate court decision that reversed a decision of the Louisiana Office of Workers’ Compensation Administration, which had awarded certain unpaid invoices for physician-dispensed medications, subject to a statutory limit, in favor of the distributor/repacka-ger. The court’s reversal was based on a finding that the distributor/repackager, being neither a health care provider nor an *828agent of a health care provider, did not have a right of action.
