Petitioner appeals from a judgment denying him post-conviction relief. ORS 138.510 -138.680. He raises myriad arguments as to the alleged deficiencies of criminal trial counsel, and we reject most of those arguments without published discussion. We write only to address petitioner’s contentions that pertain to the proper use of trial interpreters and the applicability of the Code of Professional Responsibility for Interpreters in the Oregon Courts (the interpreters’ code) with respect to the admissibility of certain testimony.
