BACKGROUND
This trademark and unfair competition case returns to me on vacatur and remand from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Forschner Group, Inc. v. Arrow Trading Co., Inc., 30 F.3d 348 (2d Cir.1994). The pertinent and undisputed facts, having been set out in my original decision and further elucidated above, will not be presented at length here. See Forschner Group, Inc. v.
