The plaintiff sued to quiet title to land, the record title to which was in the Lawndale National Bank as trustee with the defendant Rose Márchese as beneficiary of the trust. Plaintiff’s claim of ownership by adverse possession (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 83, par. 1 was denied in a bench trial and he appeals.
