In his petition for writ of certio-rari the petitioner seeks our review and reversal of an order of the Florida Industrial Commission sitting as the Florida Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, denying his application for leave to appeal from a decision of an Appeals Referee on his claim for unemployment compensation, on the principal ground that the petitioner’s right to the compulsory attendance of witnesses at the hearing before the Appeals Referee was violated by the Referee.
