In this dispute between an employee and her former employer, the plaintiff, Dorothy Neri (plaintiff), appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Ross-Simons, Inc. (defendant), dismissing the plaintiffs suit in the Superi- or Court alleging: (1) unlawful discrimination based upon her age and gender; and (2) breach of an employment contract.
