William H. Rorer, Inc., a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, petitions for review of an order 1 of the Federal Trade Commission enjoining Rorer from violating the price discrimination provisions of section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13(a). Rorer’s illegal discrimination consisted of giving a greater discount on certain products to “chain” drugstores as compared with independent drugstores.
