THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Modified Chapter 13 Plan1 and Motion for Post-Confirmation Modification2 filed by Debtor Denise Rae Deese and the objection filed by the Chapter 13 Trustee Sally Zeman.3
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
The Court has jurisdiction over this matter under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(a) and (b) *854and 157(a) and (b)(1). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(L) as it involves confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan of reorganization. Venue is proper in this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409.
