This ac-_ tion for damages, alleged to have been or'- casioned ’by the negligent handling of an interstate shipment- of cattle, ,w-as - commenced on January 29, 1914, by Fred.B¡rock-meier, as plaintiff, against the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company, in a justice court in Atoka county, wherein there was judgment for plaintiff, from which an appeal was had to the county court, where a l-ike judgment was rendered, and defendant has -brought the case here for review.
