delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an appeal from a judgment on a verdict for personal injuries. Plaintiff is a tenant in an apartment building at 4025 South Parkway, Chicago. On the morning of November 6, 1951, while attempting to open the door of the vestibule leading into the street, she fell and was injured.
