Rebecca Hyatt is the owner of a parcel of property ("the Hyatt property") located in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 11 South, Range 1 West, in Blount County. Noel Chambless and Elaine Chambless also own a parcel of property ("the Chambless property") located in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 11 South, Range 1 West. The Chambless property is contiguous to, and generally north of, the Hyatt property.
