Respondent, who is petitioner for writ of certiorari, was found guilty of two charges of contempt of court and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail for each offense, the sentences, however, to run concurrently. Respondent was employed as an investigator by a committee representing a large number of the members of the Lapeer Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Association, an alleged insolvent association and in the hands of a receiver.
