—In an action, inter alia, to recover outstanding amounts due under a contract of sale *392and two promissory notes, the defendants appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Saladino, J.), entered March 17, 1992, which is in favor of the plaintiffs and against them, among other things, awarding damages and dismissing their affirmative defenses and counterclaims.
Ordered that the order and judgment is modified, on the law, by (1) deleting therefrom so much of the first decretal paragraph as granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment in all respects…
