In an action, inter alia, to enjoin employees of the defendant *455Incorporated Village of Old Field from engaging in law enforcement activities, the plaintiffs appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Burke, J.), dated September 27, 2004, which granted the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (4), (5), and (7) to dismiss the complaint, and (2), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court dated December 2, 2004, as denied that branch of their motion which was for leave to renew.
Ordered that the order dated December 2, 2004, is reversed…
