MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

This cause comes before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, and Memorandum in Support. The Plaintiffs, within the time frame allotted by the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, did not file any response or memorandum in opposition to the Defendant’s Motion. The Court has now had the opportunity to review the written arguments of the Defendant, including the supporting exhibit attached thereto, as well as the entire record of the case.
