BLACKWELL, Judge.

We granted certiorari in this case to address the issue of whether a single, isolated act of negligence by a caretaker grantee under a life care deed should trigger a reversion of the property to the grantor. For the reasons set forth *49below, we shall affirm the judgment of the Court of Special Appeals that a reversion should not have been declared under these circumstances.
