The case at bar presents us with a procedural nightmare that preceded and succeeded the May 19, 2005 entry of a Circuit Court “ORDER” that purported to — but could not possibly — satisfy “any and all claims and potential claims stemming from the death of Michael Williams, as a result of a motor tort occurring on September 12, 2002.” In Williams, et al. v.
