Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), rendered May 7, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and sentenced to to 7 years in prison. Defendant now appeals, arguing that County Court should have granted his motion to suppress the gun. We disagree.
