ROBERTS, Justice.

Rexford Pierce appeals from the denial of his post-conviction petition by the Superior Court, Sagadahoc County. We address only the petitioner’s contentions that defense counsel’s inadequate pretrial investigation and trial strategy constituted ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm the judgment of the Superipr Court.
