{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, B-Right Trucking Company, appeals the judgment of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court that granted summary judgment in favor of Comdata Network, Inc. We are presented with issues concerning the propriety of summary judgment and the award of attorneys fees on Comdata’s counterclaim.
