IRWIN, Justice.
Plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, or by name, appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Okmul-gee County, Oklahoma, in two cases which were consolidated. Defendants in error, who were defendants in the trial court, are Ivan H. Moore and his assignees of an oil and gas lease.
