OPINION

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Robert McClure, filed November 16, 2007. In December, 1988, McClure entered into a contract with Mike Alexander, of Mike Alexander Construction, for the construction of an addition at McClure's home at 5104 Rebert Pike, Springfield, Ohio. The project was completed in June of 1989. In August of 2004, McClure discovered that the walls to his addition had become rotten due to water damage.
