Introduction and Procedural History

This case has been brought as a class action on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased securities of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (“Cambridge” or “CTP”) between November 25, 1998 and March 18, 1999. 1 The three lead plaintiffs are W.R. Carney, James R. Thompson, and Ishiug J. Wu.
