ORDER

WHEREAS, on June 13, 1996, petitioner John G. Ganley was suspended from the practice of law for a minimum of 6 months, In Re Disciplinary Action Against Ganley, 549 N.W.2d 368 (Minn.1996); and

WHEREAS, on July 23, 1997, petitioner filed a petition for reinstatement; and

WHEREAS, following an investigation by the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, the petition was heard by a panel of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board pursuant to Rule 18, Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility, following which the panel issued findings of *734fact, conclusions and a…
