The appellant, Joe Rabun, seeks to overturn the court’s entry of a partial judgment notwithstanding the verdict and conditional grant of a new trial, following the jury’s award of $60,000.00 in compensatory damages regarding Rabun’s dual claims under Georgia law of breach of contract and malicious interference with contractual relations.
