GEER, Judge.
Defendant Joshua Paul Ryder appeals his convictions for robbery with a dangerous weapon, second degree kidnapping, and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury (“AWDWISI”). On appeal, defendant primarily contends that the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the lesser included offenses of false imprisonment and common law robbery.
