On 3 November 2010, a jury found Traven Marquette Lee (“defendant”) guilty of three charges: attempted first-degree murder, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury (“AWDWITKISI”).
