OPINION & ORDER
WILLIAM H. PAULEY III, United States District Judge:
The State Attorneys General of Connecticut, Vermont, Indiana, and Kansas (the “State AGs”) move to intervene and modify the terms of the Stipulated Final Judgment and Order entered on June 30, 2015 (the “Final Judgment,” EOF No. 25). Jointly with the State AGs, Defendant Sprint Corporation (“Sprint”) seeks modification of the Final Judgment. For the reasons that follow, the State AGs’ motion to intervene is granted, but the motions for modification are denied.
