Upon a motion to confirm the report of a referee, by which the account of this executor was settled, it is claimed that the referee erred in holding that a former decree in this court affecting this estate was res adjudicata.

The account did not charge the executor with certain bonds.

The objectant claims that these bonds belonged to the decedent and formed part of the estate which was committed to the care of the executor.
