This is a suit by appellee, as Guardian of the Estate of Antoinette Cardona, an incompetent, against Martha Engel Pollard and O. T. Pollard, appellants, to cancel three instruments executed by Antoinette Cardona, a widow, conveying all of her property, real and personal, to Martha Engel Pollard, which instruments were dated March 31, .1959. This suit was brought on the grounds that Mrs. Cardona lacked mental capacity and was unduly influenced in making these conveyances.
