Mrs. Helene L. Johnson sued George W. Cole, Jr., of Belton, Bell county, for the sum of $410.82, and for cause of action she pleaded: That on or about January 29, 1920, the plaintiff was the owner of and entitled to receive the proceeds of a certain policy of life insurance carried by her deceased husband in the New York Life Insurance Company, of New York, in which policy she was the beneficiary.
