This ease involves an application for an order under General Statutes § 52-410, 1 directing the defendant to proceed with arbitration under the terms of an agreement contained in a deed conveying certain property owned by Stuart Judd 2 to the defendant Loretta Boutin. The trial court granted the application and ordered the defendant to proceed with arbitration. This appeal followed.
