MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This suit was brought by Charlene Brown (“Plaintiff’), individually and on behalf of her son Devonta Davis (“Devonta”), who was a freshman at Plainfield North High School during the 2006-07 school year. In May 2007, Devonta was expelled for the remainder of the school year and for the entirety of the 2007-08 school year for inappropriately touching his teacher.
