This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State v. Beno, 110 Wis. 40, 327 N.W.2d 712 (Ct. App. 1982) (Beno II), vacating a writ of attachment issued by the circuit court for Dane county, Angela B. Bartell, circuit *126judge, confining defendant Sharon Beno in Dane county jail until she has testified and produced documents in accordance with a subpoena issued by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Execution of the writ was stayed pending appeal.
